(“we”, “us” and “our”), and you, personally and, if applicable, on behalf of the entity for whom you are using this website (collectively, “you”, “your”, “yours”). These TOS governs your access to and use of www.mechanicalengineeringacademy.com, www.HowToMechanicalDesign.com and any other World Wide website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Cognetix Engineering, Inc. (collectively, the “website”) and the services offered by Cognetix Engineering, Inc. on the website (“Services”), so please read them carefully. This TOS will also apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the website and use the Services (“Users”).

1. I hereby acknowledge that the course that I have enrolled in, along with all its training, is intended only for my personal use and not to be shared with any other party. Sharing the material and/or my log in information is a violation of this agreement.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.

N. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
1. I understand that when I register for any class at Cognetix Engineering, Inc. or receive any service from Cognetix Engineering, Inc. I accept full responsibility to pay fees and other associated costs assessed as a result of my registration and/or receipt of services.
O. Method of Communication and Billing
1. I understand and agree that Cognetix Engineering, Inc. uses only Cognetix Engineering, Inc. e-mail as an official method of communication with me, and that therefore I am responsible for reading the e-mails I receive from Cognetix Engineering, Inc. on a timely basis.
2. I authorize Cognetix Engineering, Inc. and its agents and contractors to contact me at my current and any future cellular phone number(s), email address (s) or wireless device(s) regarding my student account(s)/loan(s), any other debt I owe to Cognetix Engineering, Inc. and its agents and contractors to use automated telephone dialing equipment, artificial or pre-recorded voice or text messages, and personal calls and emails, in their efforts to contact me.
3. I understand that I may withdraw my consent to call my cellular phone by submitting my request in writing to Cognetix Engineering, Inc. or in writing to the applicable contractor or agent contacting me on behalf of Cognetix Engineering, Inc..
